Refund for Healthy Foods battling since Oct 2012

I had to use PicknPay online shopping while I got chemotherapy. This was for 10 times between 24 Jul 2012 and 30 Nov 2012. I spoke to the call centre on 22 Oct 2012, 24 Oct 2012, 5Nov 2012, 27 Nov 2012, 7 Dec 2012, 20 Dec 2012. On 20 Oct 2012 I was told a credit was done on 19 Dec 2012 and it would reflect soon. On 1 Jan 2013 I got an sms "We have paid your Healthy Living cash back of R994.87. It consists of R994.87 for Healthy Foods". According to my calculation it should be R1132.09. On 4 Jan 2013 and 14 Jan 2013 I enquired again. Every time the person I speak to opens an enquiry and promise to phone me back.
