Valued Customer???

My Virgin Mobile contract expires on 24 August 2013. Due to poor coverage, I decided not to renew my contract. After phoning support on 0741 000 123 several times - over several days, I finally got through to an agent, who transferred by to cancellations. Nobody answered - I waited for more than 10 minutes! Even phoned contract cancellations directly - still no luck! E-mailed - no luck! I then decided to call head office and speak to the CEO. The staff member who answered then assisted me and I finally got the cancellation notification wihtout speaking to the CEO. ps. I did not replace the device after my phone was, so I do not even make use of the service anymore.

On 12 August 2013, I received a call from a person nameed Cole, who adressed me as a "Valued Customer". He offered me another cheaper contract and I asked if we could finalise the deal the next day. He asked me to call him on 126 (no he did not offer to call me back - as a valued customer). So I did - but once again, I am unable to get through to him - not even via customer care 123- had to wait another 5 minutes - for nothing!

I am no longer interestested - WOW, I feel like a VALUED CUSTOMER!!
