On my contract I was due for an upgrade. I however didn't take it. So a consultant phoned me said that I could save money R239 because I am such a valued customer. I was on the Talk 200 package and on 31 July 2013 I was upgraded to Talk 240. But now I cannot get a new phone untill 2015. This is such nonsense. If I take out a new contract with Vodacom I can get a new handset but because I have been with Vodacom for so long I get nothing!!! So Vodacom can shove the valued customer saving up their... If I was so valued after 15 years I would expect them to at least consider giving me a new handset before 2015.
