Spoke to Jason Stols on 27 May ay 09am and he promised to forward my query to accounts dept.
Samantha from accounts then called me at 9.30. She promised she would investigate and come back to me till today.
The account in question is 1.11283042 and the number is 082 657 6490
My argument is that I do not know anything about this phone or account. I only have one account with them for my 03 229 5187 which I pay monthly. I have never owned this number and I don't have any phone from them using that number.
My other question is why did they wait until the bill got to R5 000. before they called me and since I am not the one using that phone why don't they trace it and see where it is registering.
Since the 27th May 2013 no one from Autopage has phoned me to explain as they had promised to investigate instead they are threatening me with calls from their lawyers demanding payment for a phone or contract I have not had with me.
