Silent calls & refusal to accept complaint

I received several silent calls today which frightened the people in the house. Later we got a further call. I answered and waited for 30 seconds before someone finally spoke. It was JABBA CONNECT trying to sell me something. They asked for me, but the phone is not in my name so where did they get the number. I could guess, but they are obliged to tell us. I rang JABBA and they refused to supply the information. When I asked to speak to the manager they put me through to a silent number for several minutes & never returned.

This is not allowed at all. In fact it's a criminal offence.

Tell me where you got my number or I will open a case.
