BILLING OF POSTAGE

I HAD A CELL PHONE CONTRACT TARRIF MODEL -FAMILY TOP UP WITH AUTOPAGE FOR R 42.99, INCLUDING VAT PER MONTH PER R 50.00, WHICH SHOULD INCLUDE EVERYTHING E.G POSTAGE. I HAVE REQUESTED FOR TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT ON THE 01/08/2013 AS MY CONTRACT WAS ENDING ON THE 28.09.2013. AS FROM THIS DATE MY PHONE WILL BE ON PREPAID BUT LAST WEEK MY CELL PHONE WAS SUSPENDED, REASON I WAS OWING MONEY AS THEY CHANGE MONTHLY TARIFF TO R 153.00, I HAVE QEURY THAT, IT WAS SORTED.

TODAY I HAVE RECEIVED A CALL FROM AUTOPAGE ACCOUNTS DEPARTMENT, THE PERSON THAT CALLED ME TODAY, SHE SAID SHE IS CALLING WITH REGARDS TO POSTAGE AMOUNT THAT I HAVE NOT PAID SINCE FROM JANUARY BUT PREVIOUS AUTOPAGE WAS NOT BILLING ME FOR POSTAGE, ALL OF SUDDENDLY AS I HAVE CANCEL THIS CONTRACT, AM OWING MONEY AN AMOUNT OF R 103.99, I AM NOT PREPARE TO PAY THAT AMOUNT, THE LADY THAT I SPOKE TO COULD NOT EVEN ANSWER QUESTION THAT WHY I WAS NOT NOTIFIED, IT ONLY NOW AS I HAVE CANCELLED MY CONTRACT-0712207334.

I JUST WANT TO KNOW WHY DOES AUTOPAGE HIRE ALL THIS INCOPENTANT PEOPLE, THAT THEY DONT UNDERSTAND ACCOUNTS, I WORK IN FINANCE, I NEED TO ANSWER ALL THE QUESTION THAT, THE CLIENTS ARE ASKING?
