I received a phone call from Autopage with an agent stating that my account had been switched off due to non payment of my account. Now this surprised me greatly as I pay Autopage on a monthly basis on the 27th of every month, my last settlement being on the 27th of May 2013. And after paying my account for the past 5 years on the same date, it astounded me that I could be switched off with no prior warning whatsoever. I received an sms warning hours after they switched me off stating that the account would be locked if I did not pay the outstanding amount. The agent that called me told me that all Autopage accounts had to be paid by the 14th of every month, and since I had failed to do so, it was now suspended. I am unable to make any calls and it has caused me serious headaches with no means of contacting anyone. I then paid up the full amount the same evening they phoned me, and now more than 24 hours later, the phone is still locked.
