Subsequent to my first complaint about Vodacom's total incompetence and lack of empathy and common understanding upon my son's passing, they have now blacklisted me and are sueing me, a PENSIONER for the preposterous amount of R14 000.To add insult to injury I am the innocent party as they refused to cancel my contract inspite of affidavites confirming my sons's tragic death. He was my sole provider. I find this heartless, totally inhumane and disgusting that such a big company could not show me any respite. AD NAUSEUM I phoned, visited the branch, begged for understanding but found none. Take me to court, sue me and I shall offer you R10 per month which is legal. Such a pity that my efforts to settle this in an amicable manner fell on death ears! SHAME ON YOU VODACOM!
