Vodacom not willing to assist in deceased estate

My dad passed away in October, after his death we went to a vodacom shop to report his death. They sent us to vodaworld. Went there on the 26th of October and provided the lady with a copy of the death certificate. I wasnt sure whether I wanted to cancel the contract or transfer it to my name so she told me to speak to the legal dept.she told me to deposit the November bill into their account so long, which I did. Last week I got an sms saying that the account was in arrears, I phoned and it turns out the debit order bounced since my dads ac were frozen. they billed me R100 for this;I asked them to reverse the charge since it didnt bounce on purpose, my dad was a loyal customer and since we did inform them of his death, they refused and told me I was lying about reporting it. I then asked them to do a change of ownership, they told me to email them all the docs.4 days later when I phoned again they told me that they havent even looked at my mail & to go to a vodacom store, what a waste of time.yesterday I complained to their customer service, got no response, not surprising. Ive spend hours on the phone trying to sort this out but they are the most incompetent bunch of people ever!!
