I cancelled my month to month service with Neotel - I never entered into any contract with them - they say I cannot cancel and need to further stay connected to the service and incur and be liable for further costs cause I still have an outstanding balance on my account.
I have advised them and thier appointed lawyers that this is unjust but they refuse to settle this with me and resolve the issues I had on my account - like poor service and outages and their administration mismanagement that caused the outstanding balance - and refuse to pick up the phone and talk to me about this to settle this
