UNFAIR AND MISSLEADING

BEING LOYAL CUSTOMER WITH THE LAST 15 YEARS WITH 7 EXISTING CONTRACTS. NOT DEFAULTING ON ANY DEBIT ORDER PAYABLE. EVEN WHEN ACCOUNT NOT BEING SET UP CORRECTLY BY ONE OF THE VODACOM OUTLETS, THIS RESULTING IN A ENORMOUS BILL OF R21000. WHERE I PHONED VODACOM AND MADE ARRANGEMENTS IN GETTING THIS AMOUNT SETTLED IN 3 MONTHS. KEEPING TO THE AGREEMENT.

NOW WHEN I AM DUE FOR AN UPGRADE I GET PENALISED FOR THIS AND ITS IMPOSSIBLE FOR ME TO GET ANY ASSISTANCE FROM OUTLET STAFF DUE TO THE FACT THAT THEY KNOW THEIR OWN COMPANY AND THE CALL FOR ASSISTANCE WILL FALL ON DEATH EARS.

I AM VERY UPSET AS VODACOM IS MAKING ME OUT TO BE THE BAD PARTY. THIS IS UNFAIR AND I INSTIST ON YOU RECTIFYING THIS ISSUE IMMEDIATELY.

I AM LOOKING FORWARD SORTING THIS MATTER ASAP
