HOW DO YOU SUE A DECEASED PERSON?

I am utterly disgusted with the incompetent staff at Edgars (legal and admin departments). My brother passed away more than 2 years ago, and I and his wife have on numerous occassions advised the staff at Edgars of his passing, provided copies of his death certificate so many times, begged them to update their records, paid the balance which was outstanding at that stage and have given them proof thereof. STILL their records are not updated! NOW they have handed an account for an amount of R151.00 (dont even know what that amount is for???!!) over to Munnik Basson Dagama Inc to collection! This after having advised Edgars of my late brother's death, providing a death certificate. Previously Edgars handed the same account over to a company called Capital Debt Collectors - whom I also had to advise of the position. I demand that Edgars send my late brother's wife a written apology for their total lack of empathy and their CLEAR INCOMPETENCE! They should employ competent people! It's a shame.
