I took a new vodacom 2gig data top up contract on the 28th of December 2012, as per your page On how to recharge data bundles, it states a free 3G modem on contract data deals. Yet no one at the vodacom store informed me of this. Are staff taking these modems for themselves and customers are not aware.
Maybe it's because the person who assisted me was in such a hurry and so uninterested, he told me he was rushing to go to mosque in 30 mins.
