A Telkom technician was called in to repair a neighbors line and in the process damaged our line. Another technician was parked outside and we went to enquire as to why then he gets all rude and with such a bad attitude tells us his not here to work can't we see his here having lunch and that we disturbing him. What kind of employees does Telkom have working for them, it is unacceptable behaviour. We paying our telephone account every single month and this is the kind of service we get. I am utterly appalled. The guy also has a nerve to tell us we must go to a public phone to report our line. How can one technician come to fix someone elses line and then damage ours and inconvenience us in the process and still have such a rotten attitude.
