I've probably phoned the call center a million times and no one seems to be able to assist me! Cell C's uselessness forces consumers to turn to public forums to complain about their bad service in order to get a reaction from them. It's been 3 months and I'm still waiting for someone to phone me to arrange to come to my house to install a booster because my cellphone has NO reception!!! Cell C refuses to cancel my contract and promises to send someone to my house but how long will it take and now I have to pay massive amounts every month for a phone that I can't use! Cell C is breaking the consumer act! The person responsible for my query is Sidefree Valoyi! My reference numbers are; # 3071502524 and # SD1256600! I will take this matter further if someone doesn't phone me in the next 24 hours! I am fed up with this bad service and I will not stand for this any longer!
