I have just recieved an upgrade from Vodacom and recieved the Xperia Go smartphone, having never had a smartphone before I presumed the internet was cheap (big mistake), as this was a company cellphone upgrade (hence no explanation on package) and no data bundle was attached I recieved a bill of R4211.00 incl vat. for 2gigs of data used, now if you look at what 2 gigs should normally give you this seems impossible that I used 2 gigs and the fact that it cost so much being out of budle? The same in data bundle would cost R498.00 so how does Vodacom justify that, this has cost me a disciplinary hearing and possible dismissal, I have two kids too look after, how can Vodacom do this to people, do they know what tension AND STRESS they are causing, if I was informed I would never have taken this smartphone and jeopordised me and my family's livelyhood please Vodacom help me???
