No help but referred to Hello Peter by CellC staff

2 staff at Cell C when I have complained about service issues have not helped me or fixed the problem but instead have told me to go to Hello Peter. 1st a store told me to go to Hello Peter when I complained about the terrible reception for which I have logged a call and then a second call to follow up on the first which wasn't addressed (and still hasn't been) and a account complaint which I have logged which has also still not been addressed. They told me to go to Hello Peter as even they cant get the Call Centre/Head Office to fix customer problems and that they are aware that there is terrible reception in the south of JHB but an upgrade is supposed to happen by September. When I couldn't get through to 140 I asked the call centre agent to log a call to complain about this he told me to go and log my complaint on Hello Peter! No follow-up has happened on the calls I was able to log or the escalations I've logged on those calls. So left with very intermittent reception and sometimes zero reception, outstanding account queries and no assistance!
