So I logged a complaint on Hello Peter over Cell C's terrible reception on 29/11/2013 at 19:06pm. I received a response on 30/11/2013 at 08:23am advising someone will call me back. Up until today no response received! Also bear in mind that in my previous post I have pasted at least 4 reference numbers of how I've been trying to sort this issue out through your call centre. So basically your Call Centre never calls back (despite continiously following up with them) and neither do your staff managing Hello Peter complaints. How Cell C is still in business is beyond belief.
