This is my 4th complaint on Hello Peter, over a period of 9 months and the problems are still not resolved.

I have problems with my phone and service delivery.

The Camera doesn't focus, the 3G/internet connectivity is terrible and 90% of the time it does not connect, it freezes, reacts slowly, has terrible reception wherever I am, sometime waits for a full minute to ask for a code when starts up whilst access is granted during this time.

To top this, I have no reception at home or at work with a very high dropped call rate. Phone has been sent in twice and every time it takes 3 weeks to repair.

Despite close numerous e-mails, calls and Hello Peter complaints, I am still stuck with an inferior product and terrible service.

NO ONE RESPONDS OR BOTHERS TO FOLLOW UP.
