Even more exceptionally bad service

This is my second complaint with Telkom in one month. I have logged the following calls wrt lines not working:
- 22 Nov '13 72CRK221113: call closed without anything fixed
- 18 Dec '13 698CRK181213: call closed without anything fixed
- 02 Jan '14 124CRK020114: call was closed on the same day due to the fact that I complained on Hello Peter
- 10 Jan '14 791CRK100114: call closed without anything fixed
- 17 Jan '14 595CRK170114: call still open with no communication from Telkom as to what is happening.

I have three questions for Telkom:
1. Do you only respond to or escalate logged calls once individuals complain on Hello Peter as at the moment it would seem that way, obviously depending on what happens with this one?
2. When is it your intention to send a technician to fix both my ADSL and Telephone line as this is my means of business and currently affecting my income?
3. From 22 Nov '13 to 02 Jan 2014 I had no service whatsoever as a result of your non-response to calls logged. This is a total of 42 days. In addition, since the last call was logged on 17 Jan '14 it has been 7 days that my service is down. Total=49 days. When can I expect a credit on my account for these days?
