I spoke to customer service with regards to an Upgrade to an open-line (Straight up 200: Samsung S4) mid July. They then promised to call me back on the 1st of August (so that I do not lose airtime on my then current top-up contract.
Nobody called me back on the 1st of August and when I called them on the 4th of August they said that the phone will be delivered. It is now the 12th of August and I still have not received my phone and all my internet services have been discontinued on my blackberry, so I am disconnected. I held on for an hour on the telephone line today and could not reach someone.
Absolutly shocking service.
