Lack of Customer Service at Cell C La Lucia Store

I have over the past 4 months been into the abovementioned store as a result of problems I have had with my phones. It is not uncommon to spend 10 to 15 minutes waiting to be acknowledged, never mind attended to. I was in last week Thursday and waited in full view of the 2 attendants who were busy with clients. Seeing they were busy, I waited. At no time during the 16 minutes that I waited did they acknowledge my presence.. There are no seats to sit in while you wait, and so you stand. Eventually I asked whether there was no one else who could assist me. An attendant promptly called out into a back room and a young girl emerged who proceeded to help me. No greeting (or apology) was made by anyone in the store. The young girl assisted and resolved my query in a couple of minutes.
I have previously handed my phone in for repairs at this same store. After a week I called in to find out what was going on, to be told the phone was still in JHB. 2 weeks later I called in again, and 3 weeks later again. At no stage was I ever contacted or kept informed of the status on my phone.
Their service is appalling and the people unfriendly. They have no idea of customer service.
