I have 3 cotracts with Autopage, the issue is i had a insurance claim, and i paid it manually, now they claim i ahvent paid it even though i gave them the prove that i paid it in. Now my lines have been cutted off and this will lead in to me losing income as im running my business with this lines. i called in during the middle of the month and the consultant told me that they did the duplicate so i dont have to worry about it, only to see it deducted at the end of the month. i had to reverse the payment as i have my monthly budget and i didnt want them to mess it up for me. I called them to deduct my monthly rental, but what they interested in is to deduct what i have already paid in. Im having issues with my cotract with Autopage. hope this will help for future use.
