I have not received any positive response from Vodacom regarding my previous complaint, their retentions department shouldn't be interested in that case also. I have asked my dad to take up the matter legally and we are cancelling our companies contracts with Vodacom, cancelling our personal contracts, and we will not ever recommend Vodacom to anyone ever. I will always have a negative response to anyone having Vodacom as the service provider. Thank you Vodacom for not assisting in anyway...
