I logged a complaint long ago and got a generic response. No further feedback and this after Ive been told to move my contracts (which I have had with Vodacom since the start of cell phones and with me being rated as a HIGH VALUE CUSTOMER) if I am so unhappy! Nice service, nice loyalty! Vodacom, you! I was given the reference number: PC-ZH46-219WK2 . This does not help as nothing gets done. Watch, a generic response will be added to this complaint too. A copied and pasted template that they use for EVERY SINGLE complaint... this is obviously why Vodacom is topping the charts on Hello Peter! Well done guys, you are losing yet another customer as you DO NOT care!
