I took my Blackberry to Vodacom Hillcrest KZN for repair and they in turn sent it to Port Shepstone who could not repair the phone and they sent it to Jhb. After 2 weeks and 1 day, and me making many calls my phone came back only to find that it was still doing the same thing and was not repaired ...
