Last year December 2012 my cellular phone was booked in for repairs at Autopage Glen
They replaced my phone with a refurbished phone (i waited 5 weeks) which does not work
On the 25/04/2013 a refurbished phone was given to me which does not work (BIS not workings)
Today 29/04/2013 the phone was given in for repair (3 time) which i have to wait another 5 weeks
Autopage repair time is very poor (Management should be more efficient in performing his/her duties)
Phoned customers services 011 650-5111 (Spoke to Leandra at head office) not interested and very confused
Phoned Mitch at Autopage Glen (Does not return calls left numerous messages with Mr Tsepo)
According to Mr Tsepo, Mr Mitch is a very busy man.
My problem is why am i receiving these faulty and tired phones, which should be retired all I want is a phone that works.
I am very tired and stressed for waiting so Looong
