AUCTION LOST DUE TO FALSE ADVERTISING/NO SERVICE

I recently bid on an auction which ended on the 27th August 2013 and was outbid by 90 000 credits in the last hour. I then sent 10 sms to purchase credits (each sms is for 30 000 credits at a cost of R10) to the number 38733 as per the website instructions and 10 sms to 38700 (yes, there are 2 sms numbers for some reason). It states that the credit will be available immediately, yet even though R200 was deducted off my airtime my credits were not and have still not been loaded. If even half of my credits from the 20 sms were loaded I would have won the auction by more than 200 000 credits. I AM NOT IMPRESSED!
