Once again Nedbank has allowed persons to debit my account without my authorization. On 30/04/2013 an amount of R99.99 was deducted from my account, the reference was AMASALELOYC. I visited Nedbank Musgrave on the 18/05/2013 and informed them I do not know what this is for? The lady that helped me said she would reverse this amount and credit my account which she did, she said I could phone their call centre and they may be able to help me as to who is responsible for this debit. On viewing my account some days later I noticed their was a Stop Payment Charge for the sum of R16.00 made on 18/05/2013. On Friday 31/05/2013 I went into Nedbank Musgrave Centre, Durban and enquired what the R16.00 Stop Payment Charge was for, they informed me that it was so I would not be debited by the above reference again. I never gave Nedbank the authority to have my account debited ad lib in the first place now they are charging me R16.00 to have it stopped. Interesting!! On checking my account this am via internet banking, I have noticed that on 31/05/2013 I have been debited for the sum of R99.00referencePAYTOZA9003TFHVAA3535130531 and again on 31/05/2013 for the sum of R48.00 EDU LEARNCDREAMS.
