Upgraded, but no phone 4 weeks late

I`v upgraded my phone on 4th of April 2013... Was so excited I will have a phone by the 10th of April...
Problems with couriers, then Problems with Warehouse...
on 25th of April 2013 I was guaranteed that by the 30th of April 2013 I will have a phone... ya right, I received a gift card without a phone. on 30April2013..???
Phoned for the umpteenth time, an yes mam you will receive your phone by the 2nd of May 2013... I dont believe a word Autopage says anymore!!! Yet nothing received on the 2nd of May!!
Totally disappointed by the service your company has given, or actually NO Service!!!
In the Many years that I have been with Autopage, this is the worst service ever provided!!
No Communication from your side, on whats happening, we have to phone, and be told all these stories...

Phoned again today, and another story was told, your phone is on back-order.. New excuse for a new month? Autopage will receive the phone by mid week, next week... So fed-up with all the excuses!!
