No service delivery but still paying in full

This is a message I received on 27/08/2013 from Cell C about a query I have about my internet that is non existing. Until today nobody has made any contact with me:

Dear Valued Customer

Thank you for your mail. This is an electronic automated response confirming receipt of your request; please take note of the following:
? Turnaround times for emails to be addressed is 48 hours (Business Days - Monday to Friday (07h00 - 18h00))
? Allow 72 hours for your Trouble Ticket to be addressed from time of logging.

I filled in the forms - e-mailed them, faxed them, even complained on their Facebook page - still NOTHING!!! Cell C should cancel my 3 contracts so that I can go over to Vodacom and at least get a service which I am paying for. After this I am going to the Onbutsman!
