Mam, you can cancel your contract!

Hi there

More than a month ago I did an upgrade online. I still have not received my phone. After several calls trying to find out what is going on and trying to solve the hiccup, I was told to phone the courier company myself and find out where my parcel is. I did so, and couldn't get the problem solved as the courier company is subtracting to someone else who is subtracting to someone else, whose vehicle is broken, and I just have to be patient. (I am no longer patient.) I then phone Autopage back again, telling them that the courier company is at fault. (they are also lying about trying to deliver the phone on previous occasions). The lady at Autopage then tells me, if I don't like it, I can always cancel my contract with Autopage. At this stage I am shell shocked. I couldn't believe what I just heard. To make sure I correctly understand her, I asked her if I understand correctly, that she is saying that I should cancel my contract with Autopage because of a courier company that cannot do their work properly. and she said yes, what else should they do? I have been with Autopage for several years, and never ever have I had such bad client service. this is so unnecessary.
