Thursday, January 17, 2013 8:42 AM I opened a contract with Clive Naidoo Autopage
I already have three other contracts. Delivery should have been made at my home but the courier was not given my number as I requested (Clive said was not his fault he did). Three days later I phoned asked where the goods are and was told courier could not get in. After receiving the laptop and cell phone two sim cars were issued. I made several call to Clive who is never available was told another call center agent this deal does not come with a modem. After several complaints Clive said he would send me a modem free of charge as it was his mistake he did not explain the deal to me. He said he w
Had activated the sim cards as well but the sim cards would not work I kept phoning him but once again not available. I was told by a call agent Joe that the sim cards he should have activated actually belong to another person. Clive phoned and apologized and said he would send a courier out specially to delivery modem and sim cards and that it would be at my house today/01/2013 several phone calls later I got hold of clive manager A Graham that he would sort this out and will phone me back this has not happen
