Lack of Repsonsibility and Bad Service

I received a tablet delivery from Autopage on the 13/03/2013 with the incorrect SIM (micro not normal). I duly inserted the SIM while on the phone with them only to find out the next day that the tablet I have does not take a micro sim but yet I was supplied with one.

I phoned in and was told they would pick it up and send it to technical which would take 10 days before they decide what to do.

It is the 2/4 today and it still not has been collected despite two follow up phone calls.

It appears to me during my conversations with Autopage that no one will take any reponsibility and you can't reach anyone who can help.

Continuing with Autopage I have a Cell C contract with them that was enetered into telephonically and although they have been deducting from my bank account I got an SMS from a collections agency. Despite my requests they cannot supply me with a contract only a letter and even though I requested a statement up to now I have been ignored.

I have been an Autopage client for 16 years at least, but will be cancelling my contracts and moving my business elsewhere.
