New contract after sales service

I took out a new contract with autopage on the 18 December which included a tv set. Only once the contract was signed was i informed that the tv set would be delivered to me within 4 days. After leaving many messages and numerous phone calls we are told that the courier company does not call you to confirm a delivery date but will just arrive at your premises. If we do not open oh well tough luck we'll try again another day. Well today is the 29 December and still no call no sms while the courier company is driving around with our tv set. I wonder what will happen if the set is damaged... i guess it will be my problem. We have requested the courier companies contact number and the tracking number to make arrangements for delivery but unfortunately to our surprise autopage can not give me that information...
