In short, my phone went away for repairs for the 4th reason in 6 months and did not come back the last time, i was given a dud phone and the phone they want to give me is worth much less than mine, no reponse on the matter in 3 weeks, no customer servuce and comunication is terrible, the only helpfull person this far was shannon at canal walk branch
