OK complained about this a week ago. My data issue has still not been resolved at all. I am paying for my contract but it seems I am just being wiped away like nothing. The data problem got worse when I complained, and I still refuse to fill in the stupid form I was sent about where I live and where I use my data. CellC has got all my information that is needed. VERY EASY FOR MY MONEY TO BE TAKEN EVERY MONTH, but this cannot be sorted out.
The person that was supposed to help me was Nhlakanipho Mabaso, no reply cannot blame her though.
