STILL WAITING

Returned my Sony phone (cant even remember which make, go/jay, because Ive barely used it) to the branch in Canal Walk in which it was bought, within a week of purchase. I was told that I would hear from them within 2 weeks. I did not. Might i add that I remember the service to be very sloppy and delayed and I waited long though there was no queue. I called the branch about 4 weeks after return date, lady on the phone said there was no record (WAS SO LONG AGO I cant remember!) but she would get back to me within the next few days. She did not. Its been about 3 months, a litle more actually since I returned the phone and my father has been paying the contract! Atleast I got the airtime BUT STILL NO PHONE!! The staff at this store did not communicate with us at all and i think its obvious that it is their responsibility to update us. Furthermore, this whole thing has been inconvenient because I bought a phone for a reason, so obviously without the phone I did not get moneys worth. and going up and down to canal walk does make the situation anymore comfortable.
