BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM VIRGIN MOBILE

My husbands mobile phone has been in for repairs so many times and returns with the same problem, in December it went in again and in January I emailed Edna Duggan who passed me on to Tarryn who is the branch manager at canal walk branch. Edna didnt even Tarryn phoned me and said she is sorting this out and I will receive a new handset, a few days later she says they are out of stock and that it will be repaired at a cost of R1700 to the company. I advised that i am not happy and she said she call me back. Its been 3 weeks and no reply from them, i tried calling here she ignores my calls. Today i sent them another email, advising that i am unhappy, but no response. I have been a client for many years and to be treated like this is unacceptable.
