I purchased my blackberry last yr May. 5 months down the line i had to send it for repairs as the phone was giving me problems such as scroll, battery life and software. i handed the phone in and 3 weeks later got a "new" handset back. that phone gave me problems from day one. i eventually went back to N1 city and they advised me that i will have to go to canal walk as they can not fill out a repair request. i went to canal walk and handed my phone over repairs again... i got my phone back barely a month ago and guess what!? my phone is giving me the exact same problem as when it came out of repairs the first time. I feel totally ripped off and i think this is bad service all round.
