Samsung Tab 2 handed in 21/07 for repair after screen died on me. Told 10 working days to effect repair. R 361261. 10days later no reply. I phone and am told that phone has been fixed. 4 days later still no phone. Then there is a quote which I have to accept BEFORE they fix what is wrong... How doesthis work?? The complaint has been escalated numerous times. The latest was on Friday at 10h21 with a promise that it would be attended to within24 hours. It is Sat 10/08 13:05 with no response. Each person I speak to has a different story! I am at the end of my tether and there still is no hope of having my phone repaired within the next couple of days. Whenever I have phoned Head Office and insisted on speaking with someone in management I have been stonewalled. To add insult injury the phone is only 5months old and thus still under warranty. I was told by customer service that ONLY software problems are covered under the warranty...?! Really?! Autopage - I need answers and ACTION - NOT an apology!!
