I recently upgraded, everything went well till last month. I have a BlackBerry Z 10 on contract for R389 PM, no additional charges. I also set a max limit to the amount of R50, in case I go over my minutes. July I was billed R591 in stead of R389.I phoned cell c and logged a query. I received an sms, that states that I am supposed to pay 389, with the name of the cell c employee.when I tried to reach the employee I was informed that he is not known. I went to my nearest cell c store. They phoned customer service, who could not give an explanation of the over billing. They reckoned that it might be a once off charge for the upgrade etc. Once again I noticed that I am being billed this month for the very same amount of R591.?
