I have to say, this report has been coming for months now.
It seems I can't complete a call on the Vodacom network without it being dropped. Vodacom then charges new connection fees everytime I need to phone back. They add more consumers in an overloaded infrastructure, and WE, the consumer lose out.
They are also very aware of the problem.
I have spent years in 3rd world countires with better signal than we have here in South Africa, and I am getting sick and tired fo Vodacom's poor infrastructure in South Africa.
I hoe Vodacom replies with a post which carries some merit, and not some lame excuse.
Pull up your socks Vodacom!
