On Thursday (8 Aug '13) I received an sms at 7:11 to say that my BB service has been reactivated. It was not functioning, even after rebooting. At 11:30 I phoned, was told there was a delay in the system and it would be active soon. 19:00 I phoned again, told system problem - cannot allow a call to be logged. Will sms me my reference number - never happened. Fri I phoned again about 10:00, call 1982553 logged, will come back to me. Received a call only after I phoned again at 17:24. Told it is weekend, can only investigate next week. I cancelled the auto renewal, Hector at call centre says it cancels the service too and my fault. Need to investigate. Will only refund money for service if can confirm that I was indeed told that the cancellation of the service only stops the AUTOMATIC RENEWAL SERVICE when I phoned in April. Cannot happen over weekend. I understood that I will NOT be refunded if it was bona fide mistake, only if confirmed that I was misled by an operator. I recharged again and bought BB service, as I am stranded without it cannot wait until next week, but now I paid again for a service that was already paid. I am very disappointed with the service.
