Still no word from mtn

This is a follow up to the complain I sent last week

A lady by the name of Veronica with no surmane phoned me after she saw my complain, she promised to get back to me as she understood my problem but since then no word from her or anybody from mtn and my money is still not paid back.

When I phoned the call centre last week Friday, I spoke to the lady by the name of. Patience sikhosana, she told me that there is no update on the system, I thought I should wait a couple of days but till today nothing

If anybody from mtn decides to phone me they should do so after they have put the money back into my account, I need to use it for what it was budgeted fo
