Once again --- Issues with FNB

I applied for a FNB Loan of R10'000.00 I received a call from Lawrence to confirm all the details. I then phoned him back to cancel the Loan Applications as the Interest Rate was ridiculous. The confirmed the loan will be cancelled. 10min after our discussion I received an SMS from FNB saying that the money was deposited into my account. I immediately phoned the call centre to tell them why have they paid the money in my account if I cancelled the Application and got the confirmation from Lawrence. Leigh Ann gave me the reference and the account number. She gave me wrong details what happened now is I paid off another LOAN instead of the One which I have cancelled. I will not pay that Initial fee of R1140.00 I will also not pay off that loan. It was voice recorded that I don't want the LOAN. Please rectify this. As I feel this is not my mistake. Why should I pay??? AND get a BAD credit Record!!!
