I have phoned the call centre to complain about bad signal and they logged the call. They phoned me back and promised n new tower that is already erected but they wait for delivery on equipment for the tower. I phoned again the call centre and they phoned me back and told me only sometime next year. Then I told them that my security system is connected to Vodacom and it is imported. No one phoned back. The Vodacom shop has send an e mail as well. Still no response. The only solution for me is to cancel all my contracts and go to someone that can help me
