I phoned the TELKOM call centre to cancel a landline. They logged it, I received a phone call to confirm and all was good. Yet, nothing was actioned. I have now been trying for months to cancel the landline - phoned the call center, received a phone call promising cancellation and refund. I have just received another invoice yesterday and phoned the call center. I held on for 13 mins and ended the call. I logged a complaint on the website and am now reverting to other means of trying to resolve this issue.
