On 2 April 2013 I paid R112 back to One Plan and sent the proof of payment through 3 times as well as loaded it on their website. We kept on receiving sms's to say that the money we were owing them has not been paid yet. I phoned the call centre on or about the 24th of April to find out what the problem is. Then I phoned again (not once has OnePlan phoned me back after a query). The advisor confirmed that they have now (finally) confirmed that I have paid the money but that they cannot stop the deduction from our bank account as the file has already been sent to the bank. I was then promised that Ronald Govender would phone me to confirm this only to receive a call back from a client services advisor saying "Ronald Govender is too busy and he will not be phoning back" (awesome customer service?). I was then promised that the money will be refunded but today is the 2nd of May - a month after I paid the money to OnePlan and no refund. Long story short, the refund is reflecting nowhere on the system! And the call that I would have received before 12:00 did not happen (ref no CAS151272). I doubt that you have any clue about customer services. Next step is a complaint with OSTI.
