We may have to slow down your Internet speeds

I received this email from MWeb, along with everyone else. My internet usage is extremely low in comparison to some. The product advertised is advertised as "uncapped", which by definition means it's unlimited. After telling me my connection will be slowed due to excessive usage, this is obviously not true. How can I be told to use less of my unlimited package, or upgrade to a more expensive unlimited package to use what should already be unlimited?

The fair usage policy is a joke, as everyone that has asked for factual guidelines to adhere to, cannot be given a straight answer by MWeb. So it is entirely subjective. I have downloaded 200Gigs in the past year [URL Removed] yet still receive this email - something that some people do in a month, and should have every right to do without being penalized, as you are supposedly offering an uncapped product!

I'd like to hear your response, and not your same "copy & paste" response used on every other forum thus far.

I will be sending in my cancellation forms very soon.
